Usually, I play at night because that's my only free time slot. What I notice is that most moderators leave about 10:00 my time, and as soon as they leave, a mass of RDMers, RDAers, and just a general mess come online. I think I would be useful for this time slot. I am a nice person but as soon as someone breaks the rules and it effects me I get really defensive. Generally since I cant do anything, I just resort to insulting the person, because I don't wanna risk revenge RDMing them. If the person is genuinely sorry about killing me, we usually make up and become friends. I just witness so many injustices on the server, and especially for new players. I practice empathy, and when you put your self in the shoes of someone who just got RDM'd / RDA'd / Whatever, you really want some sort of punishment for the person doing it, as its usually just a random who clicks a random server and absolutely breaks every rule possible. I guess what helps with this, is that I was one of these people circa like 2013, so I know all the tricks and sayings how people get around punishment, and I can use that to an advantage.[/b] As staff, what might push you to ban someone [b]I guess them being a genuine dick while breaking rules. If a dude RDM'ed once I'd warn him and maybe jail after the first time. obviously, mass rdm / mass rda would push me to a ban, and especially with LTAP[/b] Special helpful skills (coding, making websites, drawing, etc): [b]i make music i guess. Great amount of detail, and you have a good amount of experience. I know who you are, but the only thing is I want to see more of you that is. You say you joined on the 14th, and now it's the 24th and you only have 30 hours (which isn't horrible). I'm going to go ahead and deny this application due to lack of positive feedback and the fact that you talked about insulting players if they RDMed and such. Your application was very solid up until that point. As a staff member, you need to know how to keep your cool, even when being disrespected or someone is doing something that you don't like. I don't feel like you'd be able to properly do that based on this application. If I knew you better in-game then I might have a different opinion.
