I have over a thousand hours in Gmod and most if not all of those were in Dark RP so I have a great understanding of the rules, also the main reasons I enjoy this server so much is the rules and the community. The community here is so friendly and I felt so welcomed from the first day I joined. I've met a couple friends here and I hope to make more throughout the rest of the time im with the server. I want to make sure everyone else can experience what I did when I joined and thats why im applying. I want to make the server enjoyable for anyone who wants to join and become a part of what I have.[/size][/b][b][size=120] [/size][/b] [b][size=120]Why do you want to be staff?: I want to be a staff member because there aren't usually a lot of staff members online during the later hours that I am on (I play from 8 am to around 1-2 pm then take a break for a while then I get back on from around 7 PM to the morning hours.) And I also want to become a staff member because I want to help people have a great experience on the server and keep them coming back to it. The staff are usually on from the first hours im on, but late at night I see staff start to get off and personally, I notice a lot more rule breakage during the night and I think if I were to become a staff member I could deal with this because this is what I want to stop from happening, because it ruins the fun for me and others.[/size][/b][b][size=120] [/size][/b] [b][size=120]As staff, what might push you to ban someone?: I would ban someone if they had broken a lot of server rules like mass RDMing and stuff like that or repeatedly broken the same rule after being warned multiple times.[/size][/b][b][size=120] [/size][/b] [b][size=120]Special helpful skills (coding, making websites, drawing, etc): Server Development[/size][/b][b][size=120] [/size][/b][b][size=120]Past staff experience (be honest): I started from Moderator and Climbed to Server Manager on RainRP don't remember dates, I can ask the owner if need be (at least a year I was staff with them). Your application has a lot of detail and I see you on a lot, so I know you're a dedicated player, but it lacks positive feedback and I don't know you well enough to be comfortable accepting it.
