I am also very experienced with server creating/handling. I know ULX inside and out and I can provide addons from GMod Store which are paid for.  Why do you want to be staff?: I wanna be staff because I have major knowledge in being a staff member, I have a fun personality and I know what I am doing when it comes to being staff. As I said I know ULX inside and out. I am very experienced when it comes to handling staff sits and I can be on all the time to give other staff a break. I noticed when I was playing you had a staff shortage because the VIP's had to do the staffs job. I wasn't sure if the staff were AFK or just not on. I also keep my cool when handling staff sits I don't get angry at players for them being frustrated, I look for a conclusion instead of yelling. If someone is plain lying in my face and I know they are I am going to mock them a tiny bit but then finish out the sit. I noticed at times around 4-AM to 8-AM no staff are online and that is when I wake up. So I can be on monitoring the server at that time. Special helpful skills (coding, making websites, drawing, etc): My JavaScript experience is a 3/10. I don't know fully how to code addons but I am good with server creating. My GLua experience is a 3.5/10 (Like actually creating addons.) Past staff experience (be honest): 1. I was a Trial-Admin on Skynet's SCP-RP. About 40 players a day, was one of the best staff. I was staff from December 30th, 2017 - (when it shut down.) March 14th, 2018. 2. I was Moderator about to be Admin on Aerodyne's Black Mesa RP. (Time of shut down: unknown) 3. And I currently own StarLite Community which has been in development for 2 years. 4. And other servers that died very quickly. I have over 5 years of experience in this.  We also do not need any addons from Gmodstore. Thank you for the offer. We are lacking staff past 12AM EST. If I see you on more at that time I might give you a chance. I only started seeing you on the server as of [b]June 12, 2018[/b] so I cannot make a decision. I can assure you I wasn't using that word in a good way. However, you've gotten a lot of positive feedback on your staff application. I'll talk to the staff team and comment here later with a decision.

I talked to the staff team and the majority of us said no. We feel that your arrogance could get in the way when staffing and we can't afford to have that happen. However, I haven't seen you in any situations like that, so I'll look out for those and in a weeks time, maybe my opinion, as well as the rest of the staff team, will have changed. For now though, your application has been denied. Don't give up, just take my advice and we'll see where that goes. Thanks for applying :)
